Submit a Claim - Claim Instructions

If you owned one or more Class Revolver(s) on March 15, 2019, you may be eligible to receive benefits. To receive benefits, you must submit a Claim Form online by no later than October 22, 2020. The Claim Period has been extended to November 30, 2020 for Class Members that have already submitted their class revolver for inspection and repair. If you have not yet participated in the Enhanced Warranty Program, you will be contacted regarding participating in the Enhanced Warranty program after your claim has been received and validated. Please note you must participate in the Enhanced Warranty program to be eligible to receive the $50.00 Inconvenience Payment.
